Terms of service

1. General 

  1. The online store, operating at www.lvvia.com, is operated by:

  3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.
  4. The store sells goods (handmade ceramics) and services (ceramic workshops).

2. Placing Orders

  1. Orders are accepted via the website www.lvvia.com.
  2. The Customer is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  3. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
  4. The Store confirms acceptance of the order electronically (to the email address provided by the Customer).

3. Payments

  1. Prices listed in the store are gross prices (include VAT if the Seller is VAT registered).
  2. Available payment methods:
    -online payment (BLIK, instant transfers, payment card),
    -traditional bank transfer.
  3. Payment should be made at the time of ordering, unless another payment method (e.g., bank transfer) is selected.

4. Gift Vouchers

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The voucher's validity period cannot be extended.
  2. Vouchers are issued to the buyer's name, for the amount or workshop selected by the buyer. The voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the recipient.
  3. If the voucher is not redeemed within its validity period, the customer is not entitled to use the purchased service covered by the voucher or to apply for a refund. Redemption of a voucher means purchases made on www.Lvvia.com within its validity period.
  4. The customer cannot exchange the voucher for cash.
  5. The condition for participating in the workshops, as part of the voucher, is to reserve a date through www.Lvvia.com.
  6. The voucher can only be used once. We do not split the amount across multiple purchases.

5. Workshops

  1. Reservations for workshops are binding upon payment.
  2. The customer has the right to cancel the workshop up to 7 days before the workshop date (the first day in the case of multi-session courses) – in such case, a full refund will be given.
  3. In the event of cancellation after this deadline, the fee will not be refunded unless the place is filled by another person.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the workshop (e.g., in the event of illness or insufficient participants) – in such a case, the Customer will receive a full refund.

6. Personal Data Protection

  1. The Seller is the controller of personal data.
  2. Customer data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order and – if the Customer consents – for marketing purposes (e.g., newsletter).
  3. The Customer has the right to access and correct their data in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Final Provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions are available on the store's website.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions – amendments are effective from the date of their publication on the store's website.
