Refund policy
1. Withdrawal from the Contract
The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by sending a statement (e.g., email or return form).
2. Return of Goods
The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
3. Refund of Payments
The Seller will refund all payments received to the Customer (including delivery costs, excluding additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the store).
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Payments will be refunded using the same payment method used in the transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different method.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Return
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom-made ceramics),
services/workshops with less than 7 days remaining,
services that have been fully completed (e.g., ceramic workshops in which the Customer participated or did not participate and did not report their absence at least 7 days before the workshop),
gift vouchers,
products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., damaged after unpacking).
5. Complaints
If the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged in transit, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
The product is covered by a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery. The consumer has a statutory 1-year period from the discovery of the defect to report it. However, it is advisable to do so immediately after noticing the problem. Complaints can be submitted by email to cudalepianki@gmail.com or via the contact form available on the website, attaching a description of the defect and photos. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer of the decision.
