Store terms and conditions

1. General provisions

  1. The online store, operating at www.lvvia.com, is run by:

  2. The Regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.

  3. The store sells goods (handmade ceramics) and services (ceramic workshops).


2. Placing orders

  1. Orders are accepted via the website www.lvvia.com.

  2. The customer is obliged to provide true and current contact details.

  3. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

  4. The Store confirms receipt of the order electronically (to the e-mail address provided by the Customer).


3. Payments

  1. The prices given in the store are gross prices (they include VAT if the Seller is a VAT payer).

  2. Available payment methods:

    • online payment (BLIK, fast transfers, payment card),

    • traditional transfer to a bank account.

  3. Payment should be made at the time of placing the order, unless another method is selected (e.g. bank transfer).

4. Gift vouchers

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The voucher expiration date cannot be extended.

  2. Vouchers are issued to a specific person, for an amount or workshop of their choice. The voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the recipient.

  3. If a voucher is not used within its validity period, the customer is not entitled to use the purchased service for which the voucher applies, nor is he/she entitled to a refund. Redemption of a voucher means purchases made on the www.Lvvia.com website within its validity period.

  4. The customer does not have the right to exchange the voucher for cash.

  5. The condition for participating in the workshops, as part of the voucher, is to book a date via www.Lvvia.com.

  6. The voucher can only be used once. We do not split the amount into
    a few purchases.

5. Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped within Poland.

  2. Delivery methods:

    • InPost Parcel Lockers,

    • InPost courier.

  3. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are indicated in the ordering process.

  4. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment, unless the product description indicates otherwise (e.g. in the case of custom-made ceramics).


6. Workshops

  1. Reservation of a place at the workshop is binding after payment of the participation fee.

  2. The client has the right to withdraw from the workshop up to 7 days before the workshop date (the first day in the case of multi-meeting courses) – then a full refund of the fee is due.

  3. In case of cancellation after this date, the fee will not be refunded unless the place is taken by another person.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the workshops (e.g. in the event of illness or too few participants) – in such a case the Customer will receive a full refund of the deposit.


7. Protection of personal data

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Seller.

  2. Customer data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and – if the Customer consents – for marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter).

  3. The customer has the right to access and correct their data in accordance with the GDPR.


7. Final provisions

  1. The regulations are available on the store's website.

  2. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations – changes are effective from the moment of publication on the store's website.
