Returns Policy

1. Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller of his/her decision by sending a statement (e.g. e-mail or return form).


2. Return of goods

  1. The goods should be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

  2. The goods should be sent to the following address:

    The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

  3. The goods should be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging (if used).


3. Refund of payment

  1. The Seller shall refund to the Customer all payments received (including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered in the store).

  2. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

  3. The payment will be refunded using the same method used to make the transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different method.


4. Exceptions to the right of return

In accordance with applicable law, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of:

  • custom-made or personalized products (e.g. custom-made ceramics),

  • services that have been fully completed (e.g. ceramics workshops in which the Client participated),

  • gift vouchers,
  • workshops with less than 7 days left,
  • products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned (e.g. damaged after unpacking).


5. Complaints

  1. If the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transport, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

  2. Complaints can be submitted by email to: cudalepianki@gmail.com or via the contact form available on the website, attaching a description of the defect and photos.

  3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer of the decision.
